Civil Engineer (4+ yrs)

The Phoenix office is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded Civil Engineer with four plus years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from civil design projects through construction.

Expected Base Salary: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 based on knowledge and experience.

No paid interview travel or relocation expenses are offered for this position.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Certified Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) required; Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred; Registration in Arizona preferred; Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the design of commercial, office, mixed-use, residential, municipal, alternative energy, health care, higher education, and Federal projects, including design of:; Grading and drainage; Underground utilities; Site layouts; ADA design; Stormwater management; Battery energy storage systems (BESS); Interfacing with a multi-discipline design team; Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of public improvement and grading plans, and earthwork calculations; Experience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team; Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; Specification preparation experience; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent time management skills; Ability to foster long term client relationships; Arizona experience and relationships a plus
