Responsibilities

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services; Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans; Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health; Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques; Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs; Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care; Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center
