Requirements

5 years of experience; Kubernetes expertise (EKS); AWS; GitLab CI/CD; Terraform; Service Mesh; GitOps (FluxCD); Cloud-native security (IAM, secrets management, network policies); Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and observability platforms; AI-Native experience and maturity in AI development; Fluency in English (for Québec-based candidates)

Nice to have

Agile methodologies and consulting; Kong Mesh / Kuma; CloudFront; Microservices architecture; Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage, self-service); Ability to integrate AI into platform engineering practices; Knowledge of GCP/Azure; Cloud platform certification
