Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems: walk-ins, ice machines, rooftop units, splits, and more.; Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.; Handle service calls independently while keeping communication professional and clear.; Build client trust by delivering solutions that last.; Log jobs accurately in ServiceTitan and order parts as needed.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in Commercial HVAC/R service.; EPA Universal Certification (required).; Valid driver’s license, clean record.; Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.; Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.; Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.; Bonus: NATE certification, EMS/controls experience, OSHA training.; Must be able to lift 75 lbs and follow all safety protocols.
