As we continue to grow across South-East Queensland, Colliers is seeking ambitious and driven Commercial Property Agents to join our high-performing teams on the Gold Coast. Opportunities are available across our Industrial & Logistics, Office Leasing, and Investment Services divisions.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, investors, occupiers and developers.; Identify, secure and manage new business opportunities.; Prepare and deliver compelling marketing submissions and client presentations.; Develop and execute strategic sales and leasing campaigns.; Negotiate successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.; Contribute to the continued growth and success of your team and the broader Colliers business.; Achieve individual and team revenue targets.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience within a commercial real estate agency environment.; Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate or Licence.; Proven success in commercial sales and/or leasing in the Gold Coast market.; Established professional network and a proactive approach to business development.; Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.; Results-driven with a strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.; Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
