Town is building the AI coworker for every team, giving each employee a personal AI assistant (Townie) that learns how they work and performs real work across email, calendar, docs, Slack, and CRM. The company became a $1B company four months after its public launch and recently raised a $108M Series B, co-led by Forerunner Ventures and Menlo Ventures. The role involves building Town's community function: the events calendar, the places users talk to each other, and the pipeline that turns user-built routines into resources used by thousands of people. Success is measured by whether community measurably makes people better at using Town.
