Responsibilities

Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth; Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages; Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries; Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials; Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area; Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry; Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters; Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures; Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED; Strong customer service and communication skills; Organized with excellent time management and follow-through; Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems; Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
