Contract Implementation CZ&SK

Manage contract implementation and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration to meet defined KPIs. Verify contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Execute contract activation, including invoicing and payment processing. Review and approve contracts for vehicle release based on validated data and documentation. Process dealer invoices and maintain accurate data entry in relevant systems. Support communication with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient service delivery. Contribute to process improvements, system updates, and compliance with legal and internal guidelines. Participate in projects and initiatives focused on digitalization, innovation, and process optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or related field; Experience in the financial services industry, customer service, CRM, or in related areas; Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Strong customer orientation and a service-focused mindset as well as understanding of customer service processes and contract-related operations; Strong communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills; Fluent in Czech/Slovak; strong English skills; Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in international and cross-functional environment.
