Contract Product Manager

We’re working with an exciting consumer brand that is looking for a Product Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Product Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong commercial instincts and wants to make a direct impact on customer growth. The Product Manager will join a growing product team and initially focus on completing a major CMS project, helping the business improve how website content is managed and optimised. Following this, the role will move into broader Growth initiatives, with a key focus on improving website conversion and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of product initiatives focused on customer acquisition and conversion; Helping complete and optimise a CMS migration/project; Identifying opportunities to improve website performance and customer journeys; Planning and executing A/B tests and experimentation programmes; Working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Commercial teams; Turning customer insights and data into actionable product improvements; Managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

Experience working on D2C, ecommerce or subscription-based products (essential); Strong experience with growth product, conversion optimisation and experimentation; Hands-on experience running A/B tests, particularly around landing pages and customer journeys; Excellent stakeholder communication skills; A proactive, hands-on approach with a “get things done” mindset; Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where priorities move quickly

Experience working in an in-house product team (preferred over agency)
