As a Counter Person / Food Services Associate with Tim Hortons restaurant , reporting to the Tim Hortons Manager, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and handling cash and electronic payment transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.; Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.; Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including wiping tables and restocking supplies.; Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations.; Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset, but not required.; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.; Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems accurately.; Basic math skills.; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
