Cover Supervisor

Do you enjoy working with young people aged 11 – 18? Have you considered working in Secondary Schools as a Cover Supervisor? We are working with a range of Secondary Schools across London who are looking for confident, professional and dedicated people to work as Cover Supervisors in their schools to provide short-term and daily cover for teachers. The Role: As a Cover Supervisor you will work in secondary schools covering classes and ensuring students are working on tasks whilst teachers are absent or engaged in other activities and meetings. This is a key role within secondary schools and almost every secondary school will engage cover supervisors to allow teachers.

Responsibilities

Provide short-term and daily cover for teachers; Cover classes in secondary schools; Ensure students are working on tasks whilst teachers are absent or engaged in other activities and meetings; Work the full school day (8:30am to 3:45pm)

Requirements

Experience working with young people aged 11-18; Enhanced DBS certificate; 2 references covering the past two years; Confident, positive and professional approach to working with young people
