Responsibilities

Create engaging, high-quality video content that resonates with millions of users; Manage full production cycle: planning, scripting, generating, editing; Use generative image/video AI tools to produce original, standout content; Edit with professional tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve); Spot trends in marketing content and bring fresh, viral-worthy ideas

Requirements

Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools; Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end; Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture, able to pitch ideas that hook; High energy, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment; Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement; High IQ, energy, and agency; Extreme autonomy and ownership; The ability to move fast, experiment constantly, and learn even faster; Resilience under pressure and readiness for an always-on environment; A balance of data-driven judgment and creative intuition; The drive to raise the standard for the entire team
