Creative Designer (Multimedia)

We are looking for a detail-oriented creative designer to join our Brand and Creative Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life through motion and design, and enjoys working across multiple markets and formats.

Responsibilities

Creating high-quality graphics, animations, and visual assets for different markets and platforms; Designing key visuals and static assets that translate effectively into motion pieces; Delivering high-quality, aesthetically strong designs and animations aligned with brand guidelines; Applying design and motion effectively across the full media landscape (social, ads, video platforms, etc.); Working with industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other relevant software; Editing video pieces with strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling

Requirements

Strong foundations in visual design, animation, and video editing; Proven experience in similar roles; Strong and up-to-date portfolio/reel showcasing both static and design work (mandatory); Proficiency in motion and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.); English is a must; Based in Bogotá; Hybrid work model 3 x 2
