They serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by providing information, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

Excellent customer service ability; Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints; Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); Must be able to make correct monetary change; Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders; Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed; Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen; Must embody Domino’s Values; Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening; Must be 16 years of age or older; Standing; Walking; Sitting; Lifting; Carrying; Pushing; Climbing; Stooping/Bending; Crouching/Squatting; Reaching
