CT Technologist

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT procedures per physician orders and departmental protocols; produce diagnostic-grade images; maintain proficiency in PACS and RIS; apply ALARA radiation safety principles; maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation; manage own workflow and troubleshoot equipment issues on GE, Siemens, or Philips platforms; provide patient identification, medical history review, procedure explanation, comfort, and safety; respond swiftly to contrast reactions and maintain infection control standards; mentor students and model best practices

Requirements

ARRT certification in Radiography (R) + Computed Tomography (CT); Valid state licensure current (where required); CPR/BLS certified and current; Proficiency on GE, Siemens, or Philips CT platforms; Fluency in PACS, RIS, and digital image processing; Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles; Ability to lift/assist patients and thrive in a physically active environment; Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and teammates; Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision; Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture

Nice to have

1+ year of CT experience; outpatient or ambulatory care experience
