CT Technologist

Deliver diagnostic excellence—producing high-quality CT images with precision, compassion, and confidence while keeping patients at the center of every exam.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality CT images per physician orders and departmental protocols; Perform CT procedures with expert knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, imaging techniques, and contrast administration; Maintain proficiency in PACS and RIS systems and apply ALARA radiation safety principles; Manage workflow and troubleshoot equipment on GE, Siemens, or Philips platforms; Ensure proper patient identification, medical history review, procedure explanation, comfort, and safety; Respond swiftly to contrast reactions and maintain infection control standards; Maintain clean, complete, real-time documentation; Mentor students and model best practices

Requirements

ARRT certification in Radiography (R) + Computed Tomography (CT) required; Valid state licensure current (where required); CPR/BLS certified and current; Proficiency on GE, Siemens, or Philips CT platforms; Fluency in PACS, RIS, and digital image processing; Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles; Ability to lift/assist patients and thrive in a physically active environment; Strong communication skills with patients, radiologists, and teammates; Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision; Willingness to mentor students and contribute to a positive clinical culture; Expert knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, imaging techniques, and contrast administration

Nice to have

1+ year of CT experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus
