Custody Nurse or Paramedic

In collaboration with the Police, you'll serve in custody suites, delivering healthcare to detainees. We are dedicated to ensuring the safety of detainees with round-the-clock coverage in the custody suites, in line with a schedule agreed upon with our client.

Responsibilities

Delivering healthcare to detainees in custody suites; Ensuring safety of detainees with round-the-clock coverage in custody suites in line with the schedule agreed with the client; Working flexibly across the base custody suite and assigned region in the Police Custody Suites and Force area; Aiding vulnerable individuals within the criminal justice system; Providing exemplary care and developing clinical, forensic, and broader skills

Requirements

RN, RGN or RMN with dual registration with 2 years post qualification - Band 5 minimum; Paramedic with 2 years post qualification; Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant clinical setting (A&E, General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine, Prison Healthcare, or Ambulance Service); Ability to deliver high-quality care, work under pressure, and manage diverse clinical situations effectively; Driving license; Must have RTW, lived in UK, British Passport or ILR for 3 years+, and no gaps out of country more than 3 months; Subject to Police Vetting
