Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the distribution process; Act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client's communication needs; Offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility

Requirements

1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field; BA degree in a communication-related field; Self-driven team player who exceeds core metrics and department goals; Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting; Passion for customer service and finding fulfillment in helping others; Proven ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to customers to impact revenue generation; Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs

Nice to have

Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and content best practices; Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking
