Customer Onboarding Specialist

Our Customer Success organization is the heart and soul of BrightEdge. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you serve as the face of the company to our new customers. A great Client Onboarding Specialist has a positive attitude and delivers a consistently great experience for our new customers. You will be responsible for presenting and educating new customers on platform best practices to support their organic marketing channel.

Responsibilities

Presenting and educating new customers on platform best practices to support their organic marketing channel; Delivering onboarding trainings and materials; Ensuring platform adoption; Timely scheduling and delivery of onboarding sessions; Leading successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team after onboarding

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Strong analytical skill set; Strong articulation and presentation skills; Ability to follow process consistently in a high call volume environment; Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback to improve; Passionate about working with customers and delivering a great customer experience

Nice to have

1+ years’ experience working in a Marketing Technology environment; experience working with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
