Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders, both in-person and over the phone; Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system; Prepare and assemble food items, including making pizzas, according to company standards; Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols; Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity; Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner; Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods; Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed; Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; Promote special offers and upsell products when appropriate
