Customer Service Representative - BNT Tauranga

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone; Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions; Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately; Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products; Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

Requirements

Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus); Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous); A genuine interest in cars, or parts; Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate; A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!
