Customer Service Representative - FT

Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on airport lots; Check vehicles; Enter information into a handheld device; Process rentals for loyalty customers; Assist customers at exit gates; Check in vehicles at return; Provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License; Basic computer skills (typing, data entry); Effective verbal communication and customer service skills; A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences; Strong customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and clear communication; Willingness to work outdoors and stay active; Flexibility to work all shifts; Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles; Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States; This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice to have

6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
