Data Analyst III, Reporting & Analytics

We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst III to join our Reporting team. Our team delivers insightful, high-quality analysis to our clients on their healthcare use and their engagement with the Garner product. The team supports a combination of automated reports that we create at higher volume, and innovative custom analysis to provide insights for specific client situations.

Responsibilities

Own client-facing analysis end-to-end, from scoping to delivery; Be a thought partner to client-facing teams; Build scalable report automation; Develop deep domain expertise; Close reporting gaps; Raise the bar on data practices; Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role; Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders; Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end; Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work; Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents; Track record of using data analysis to communicate business solutions; Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; Desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team; Willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
