We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and Python . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable analytics solutions, developing insightful dashboards, automating data processes, and delivering actionable business insights through effective data analysis and visualization.

A versatile analytics professional with expertise across Power BI/Tableau, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and Python , capable of transforming complex data into meaningful insights, automating business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.; Develop and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL procedures, packages, functions, views, and queries.; Build Python-based automation, data processing, and integration solutions.; Design and support ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integrations across multiple sources.; Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.; Monitor and improve database, reporting, and dashboard performance.; Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.; Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.; 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Database Development roles.; Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.; Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development.; Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and query optimization.; Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration.; Experience working with large datasets and multiple enterprise data sources.; Understanding of database performance tuning and reporting optimization techniques.; Data Analytics & Reporting; Data Visualization & Storytelling; Business Intelligence (BI); Database Development & Optimization; Data Integration & ETL; Automation & Process Improvement; Problem Solving & Critical Thinking; Stakeholder Collaboration; Continuous Learning & Innovation
