Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance ETL/ELT data pipelines to support Data Warehouse and analytics platforms.; Build and optimize data integration processes , ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance.; Automate development and deployment workflows through CI/CD pipelines , managing releases across multiple environments.; Design and implement robust data models and architectures , following Data Engineering and Business Intelligence best practices.; Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into efficient data solutions.; Support and empower end users working with Dataiku and Tableau , promoting adoption and best practices.; Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data processing workflows and platform performance.; Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to junior team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence , or a related field.; 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer .; Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Talend).; Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.; Strong programming skills in Python and/or PySpark .; Experience designing and maintaining Data Warehouse solutions and data architectures.; Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and performance optimization principles .

Nice to have

Experience with Apache NiFi, Dataiku, and/or Tableau .; Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector .; Knowledge of Credit Risk, Risk Management, or Regulatory Reporting .; Familiarity with Agile methodologies , Scrum practices, and tools such as JIRA .; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).; Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
