Data Solutions Specialist - Italian Speaking

About the role

The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions. This role acts as a primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and for global production locations for variable data-related information, ensuring smooth operations with online ordering, production, and information solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage customers’ variable data for printed labels including price tags, content labels, and intelligent label solutions.; Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Brand Clients and global production locations for variable data-related information.; Coordinate closely with production locations, IT, and automation teams to ensure smooth operations with online ordering and production.; Participate in end-to-end data testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer.; Provide timely resolutions and updates to clients regarding ecommerce solutions execution and post-production support.

Requirements

Proven experience in data management or product development within an ecommerce or solutions environment.; Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and English for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships; Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of process automation and ERP systems.; Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian for managing client and internal stakeholder relationships.; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing complex data requirements and permutations.
