We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Olivette location (9620 Olive Blvd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is handled with professionalism and care. Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner; Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery schedules; Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments; Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns; Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly; Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to maintain a safe driving record; Load and unload delivery items carefully, ensuring products are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition; Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback; Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our organization; Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old), minimum 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older); Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standards; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset; Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology for route planning; Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries; Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages safely (up to 50 lbs regularly); Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong commitment to attendance; Knowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and defensive driving techniques; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and varying shift schedules as needed; Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team members
