PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
- Ability to work at stations 36"–48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
- Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
- For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.

Responsibilities

Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.; Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.; Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.; Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.; Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.; Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.; Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.; Support inventory organization and restocking activities.; Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.; Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.; Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.; Strong communication and basic math skills.; Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.; Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
