We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Scott AFB location (207 West Winters St). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Scott AFB area and surrounding neighborhoods; Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption; Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy; Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or issues; Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance, report maintenance needs promptly; Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition; Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or customer concerns; Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelines; Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's commitment to quality and reliability; Organize and manage delivery schedules to meet daily targets while maintaining flexibility for urgent requests

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history; Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards; Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes; Ability to pass a criminal background check; Strong time management and organizational skills; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Reliable transportation and consistent attendance; Physical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly; Familiarity with the Scott AFB area and local roads is a plus; Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic mobile technology; Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery; A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction; Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication
