Delivery Driver

North Star Pizza is a 27 store Franchise that is looking to expand and grow. This will allow for unlimited potential for growth within our company.

Wage range is $15-25/ hr with your hourly wage and tips earned.

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Belle Plaine, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers in Belle Plaine and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations; Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle; Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency; Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures; Provide excellent customer service during package drop-offs; Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance; Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies; Promptly report any issues or delays to the dispatch team; Assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools; Basic smartphone skills for using delivery apps and communication; Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately; Excellent customer service and communication skills; High school diploma or equivalent; Previous delivery or driving experience preferred; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations; Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge; Familiarity with Belle Plaine and surrounding areas preferred
