We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 300 professionals. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada. Deltek Principal Application Consultant (Remote). Role and Responsibilities: Lead and support client software implementations. Serve as the subject matter expert for multi-company and multi-currency environments, guiding clients through complex accounting, reporting, and operational requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines. Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation. Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Deltek ERP software; Minimum 2 years of consulting experience; Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives, using strong business acumen to drive practical solutions; Demonstrated accounting/financial skill

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience
