1300SMILES Toowoomba is looking for a motivated and experienced Dental Assisant to join our friendly and supportive team.

We'll start you on a casual basis for a few days each week while you settle into the role, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position as the role grows.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures; Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment; Maintaining high standards of infection control; Supporting clinicians throughout patient appointments; Providing friendly and professional patient care; Assisting with the day-to-day running of the surgery; Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming clinical environment

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Strong organisational and time management abilities; A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to lead by example; A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
