We're looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our vibrant team at Maven Dental Booragoon! In this permanent part-time role , you'll be hands-on in the clinic, supporting our clinicians and helping create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll work closely with our experienced dentist, supporting a wide variety of treatments to ensure every procedure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Providing chairside assistance across general, surgical and implant procedures; Supporting IV sedation and surgical treatments; Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for each appointment; Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation; Cleaning, sterilising and preparing instruments and equipment; Supporting the clinician throughout procedures and helping appointments run efficiently; Contributing to a calm, professional and welcoming experience for patients

Requirements

Previous Dental Assistant experience and/or a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or higher; Experience or confidence assisting with surgical, implant or IV sedation procedures; Confidence using dental software systems; Strong communication and organisational skills; A reliable, positive and team-focused approach
