Deployment Engineer

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Deployment Engineer to join our dedicated international team.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to clients; Collaborate closely with commercial and engineering teams to ensure a seamless sales, integration, and deployment process; Serve as the primary customer contact for the deployment and installation of hardware and software platforms; Coordinate with customers to plan and schedule installations, incorporating mechanical, electrical, software, and network components; Conduct on-site visits to execute system setup, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting in accordance with project specifications; Develop, maintain, and update installation, deployment, operational, and troubleshooting documentation for both customers and internal stakeholders; Maintain effective communication with customers to resolve technical issues and ensure successful completion of deployment activities

Requirements

UK based; Ability to travel around Europe for 1-2 weeks at a time; Highly organised and technically proficient; Strong communication skills; Proactive approach to problem-solving; Comprehensive technical understanding of computer systems; Proven hands-on experience with hardware in operational environments, including system assembly, disassembly, and on-site debugging; Strong software debugging and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Valid driving license required

Prior experience in autonomous hardware systems or computer vision applications
