Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated young Engineer to join our team. This role requires understanding of Project coordination/Management in Engineering Consultancy space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting, monitoring, co-ordination with the Project Management Team of ARY India.

The key responsibilities of the proposed position include,

Responsibilities

Acquire the knowledge of the AFRY’s Project Management Guidelines.; Responsible for Internal project coordination and document management.; Ensuring the compliance of the Project Management requirements.; Preparing the Management reports and MOMs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering + master’s degree in project management/ Structural Engineering from reputed institutes.; Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.; Having work experience in MS project/ Primavera software accreditation will be an added advantage.; Having work experience with Staad Pro software will be an added advantage.; Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems.; 5-6 years of overall experience in Project Planning/Coordination/Design (preferably in hydropower sector).; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for the interaction of local and foreign stakeholders.; Proficient in co-ordination and communication and monitoring.; A positive and dedicated team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
