Responsibilities

Twin Farms is seeking warm, dependable, hospitality-driven individuals to join our Dining Room team as AM Servers.; Our service style is polished but genuine — never scripted. We are looking for people who enjoy connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and contributing to a thoughtful and seamless dining experience.; Available Shifts; 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Hours may vary based on business needs.; What You’ll Do; Provide warm, attentive, and professional service during breakfast, lunch, and special events.; Welcome guests and confidently describe menu and beverage offerings.; Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.; Communicate allergies, dietary needs, preferences, and special requests clearly to the culinary team.; Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas.; Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing, and resetting tables.; Assist with in-room dining service as needed.; Work closely with Dining Room leadership, Culinary, and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.; Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements
