Director Marketing (m/f/d)

We are a fast-growing AI-robotics startup that automates logistics and production processes with innovative hardware and software solutions. We seek a Marketing Director (m/f/d) who will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy and execution to performance analysis, and who will eventually establish and grow our marketing team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share; Maintain and evolve corporate design and brand messaging across all channels; Plan, execute, and optimize targeted account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels; Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage key accounts and support the sales pipeline; Track campaign performance, derive insights, and report outcomes to management; Create and manage target-group-specific content such as white papers, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters; Plan and execute PR activities, press releases, and event appearances; Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel; Enhance lead scoring and nurturing processes in collaboration with Sales; Build a high-performing marketing team in the medium term; Coach and develop team members and manage external agencies; Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities and budget use; Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources

Requirements

Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent qualification; Several years of experience in (online) marketing; Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, social media, email) and holistic campaign planning; Confident handling of common marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite) and analytical methods; Hands-on mentality, creativity, and willingness to experiment; Excellent communication skills in German and English; Confident demeanour and enjoyment of networking; Structured, results-oriented work style combined with ability to prioritize complex topics; Excitement about a dynamic environment and opportunity to shape marketing strategy; Motivation to build and lead a marketing team; English and German, both written and spoken
