Director - Neurosciences Service Line - FT - Days - MRH

This position serves as a Director for the Neuroscience Service Line and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the service line including the clinical care, diagnostic evaluation, and non-clinical functions. This position provides leadership, direction, and support for clinical services in the pursuit to achieve quality outcomes, reduce costs, and shape and interpret the standards required to ensure a high degree of patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Managing the financial and capital resources for areas of responsibility by monitoring operating revenue and expenses, establishing cost control programs, and developing new programs or services; Developing and implementing strategies to work with internal and external customers to ensure appropriate reimbursement; Exploring and developing new services and technological advancements related to areas of responsibility; Providing direction for process improvement activities, including establishment of performance measures; Assessing service line staffing effectiveness for best provision of services and improving patient and surgeon satisfaction; Ensuring overall compliance to Master Service Line Agreement; Developing a culture of employee engagement and service excellence; Providing leadership for the service line ensuring strategic and fiscal growth; Collaborating with community, physicians, and providers to identify under-met or changing needs and developing new programs

Requirements

Masters: Business Administration (Required); Healthcare Administration, or related field; Requires a minimum of three (3) years management experience in program development or service line management; Business Acumen; Concern for Quality; Develop Relationships; Lead Through Vision; Manage Performance
