Responsibilities

Lead global tax strategy, focusing on tax optimization to lower the effective tax rate and improve cash flow; Manage third party advisors preparing global income tax compliance including US and international filings; Lead quarterly and annual global tax provision leveraging third party advisors, ASC 740 tax disclosures and effective tax rate forecasting; Establish, document and manage transfer pricing policies for global services, intellectual property and shared resources; Support senior leadership, advising on tax implications of international expansion, M&A, legal entity structuring, and cross-border transactions; Support tax due diligence and integration strategy for M&A transactions; Assess process, technology requirements to ensure appropriate internal control procedures and drive SOX readiness; Manage global government tax audits; Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and Operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required; 12+ years of progressive tax experience including multinational environment; Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. international tax rules (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F); Experience with transfer pricing frameworks and global indirect tax exposure; Familiarity with ERP systems and tax provision tools; Strategic thinker with strong business acumen; Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments; Strong leadership and team-building skills; Executive presence and communication abilities

Nice to have

Master’s degree preferred; MST or JD preferred; Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or CDMO environment preferred; Experience in private equity-backed or pre-IPO environment is a plus; JDE preferred
