Director of Hardware Signage Installation

Lead the team that gets signage installed right, on-time, across ANZ. Coates installs digital and traditional signage into live sites, on tight programmes. You'll lead the installation managers who run those projects and the contractor crews who deliver them on site — and own the numbers behind them.

Responsibilities

Hiring, coaching and holding a high bar for installation managers; Delivering every install on time, on budget and safely; Managing the contractor network — sourcing, capacity, quality and rates; Managing site readiness, client escalations and the fast calls that keep a programme moving; Owning the P&L for installation — margin, cost per install, contractor utilisation; Building the structure, process and systems a fast-growing business needs

Requirements

10+ years delivering field installation, construction or fit-out work — including real time on site; 5+ years leading managers, not only leading teams; A proven record of delivering through contractor and subcontractor networks; Solid grounding in codes, permits and site safety; Experience scaling an installation operation without losing quality
