Director of Operations
CampusGroup
New York, Vereinigte Staaten
Veröffentlichungsdatum: 31.08.2026
We are looking for a Director of Operations to lead and continuously improve one of Campus's most critical operational functions. In the near term, your primary focus will be Financial Aid and the operational processes that support the student financial experience. Over time, this role may expand into additional student-facing operational areas as Campus grows. Reporting to the COO, you'll work closely with Financial Aid leaders and cross-functional partners to optimize day-to-day operations, solve bottlenecks, and design scalable processes that improve both the student and staff experience. This is not a 'keep the lights on' role. We're looking for an operator who knows how to improve and scale an existing function. You'll inherit a complex operation and be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, developing managers, and continuously improving systems and processes as Campus grows.
