Our team is looking for dedicated and hardworking Stewards to support our kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working behind the scenes, and take pride in keeping things spotless, we’d love to have you on our team!

Pay Rate: $20.45/hour

Responsibilities

Providing clean dishes, cutlery, baking & buffet equipment; Operating industrial grade cleaning machinery and tools; Upkeep clean and sanitary conditions of dishwashing areas and relative kitchen spaces; Assisting with culinary prep duties and adhering to requests by culinary CDP, Sous, and Executive Chefs; General cleaning - mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, cleansing, polishing; Lifting 20-30 lbs

Requirements

Previous cleaning or food and beverage experience in a fast paced environment is an asset, but not required; Self-motivated with excellent communication skills; Physically able to carry out the demands of the position including pushing, pulling, bending, heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
