Responsibilities

Responsible for everything during shift including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations; Set the example and follow ALL policies and procedures 100% of the time; Lead a team toward a common goal: sell more pizzas, have more fun; Responsible for staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability; Enthusiastic customer greeting and fielding customer concerns; Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment; Prepare product to Domino's specifications; Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork; Receive and process telephone orders; Navigate designated delivery area while carrying product

Requirements

Sound judgment; Empathy; People management insight; Ability to multitask; Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, make sound ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner; Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality; Operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment; Prepare product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Willingness to take inventory, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in or reach-in cooler, and complete associated paperwork; Receive and process telephone orders; Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; Must make correct monetary change; Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; Must be 18 years of age; Valid driver's license; Access to insured vehicle for delivery; Pass Criminal Background Check; Physical requirements: standing for majority of shift, lifting and stacking up to 50 pounds, occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stairs, hand-eye coordination
