Domino's Assistant Manager (08923)

Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers to lead store teams. The role includes being in charge of everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, cash and customer relations, and leading a team toward store goals. The position requires sound judgment, empathy, people management insight and the ability to multitask. Daily tasks are performed largely from a standing position, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds during bulk deliveries.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for everything that happens during your shift; Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures; Lead a team toward store goals; Be responsible for staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability; Greet customers and take orders; Field customer concerns; Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment; Prepare product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Take inventory, stock ingredients, and complete associated paperwork; Receive and process telephone orders expeditiously; Deliver product to addresses within the designated delivery area

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age; Valid driver's license; Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery; Must pass a Criminal Background Check; Sound judgment; Empathy; People management insight; Ability to multitask; Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work under stress; Ability to meet strict quality control standards; Ability to coordinate with coworkers and customers; Ability to analyze and compile data; Ability to make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner; Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality; Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a delivery area; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; Ability to make correct monetary change; Comfortability using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds
