Responsibilities

Being in charge and responsible for everything that happens during your shift; All cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; Leading by example and following all policies and procedures 100% of the time; Leading a team toward the goal of selling more pizzas and having more fun; Staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability; Enthusiastically greeting customers and fielding customer concerns; Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facility and equipment; Preparing product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Taking inventory and stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage/work area/walk-in or reach-in cooler; Receiving and processing telephone orders expeditiously; Navigating designated delivery area and delivering product while carrying it

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license; Must have access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery; Must pass a Criminal Background Check; Sound judgment; Empathy; People management insight; Ability to multitask; Ability to direct activities; Ability to perform repetitive tasks; Ability to work alone and with others; Ability to work under stress; Ability to meet strict quality control standards; Ability to coordinate with coworkers and customers; Ability to analyze and compile data; Ability to make sound, ethical judgments and decisions in a timely manner; Enthusiastic customer greeting and positive personality; Ability to operate, clean, and maintain all store facility and equipment; Ability to prepare product to Domino's specifications and guidelines; Willingness to take inventory and stock ingredients; Ability to receive and process telephone orders expeditiously; Must possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area; Ability to navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; Must be able to make correct monetary change; Comfortability utilizing a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle; Physical requirements include standing for majority of shift, lifting and/or stacking product ingredients and supplies up to 50 pounds, occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, using stairs, and hand-eye coordination
