Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer - Team Lead

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Business Central developers; Design, develop, and deliver customisations, extensions, and integrations within Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV); Oversee solution design, architecture, and code reviews to ensure best practice; Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions; Manage projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping through to go-live support; Support upgrades and migrations from NAV to Business Central Cloud; Identify opportunities to improve development processes, automation, and technical standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV Developer; Strong technical skills in AL, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, and extensions; Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices; Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a development team; Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues

Nice to have

Experience with integrations, APIs, Azure services, Power Platform, and SQL; Experience gained within a Microsoft Partner environment
