Ecommerce Trading Manager

The Interim Ecommerce Trading Manager will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple ecommerce platforms, developing trading strategies that maximise revenue, improve profitability and deliver an exceptional online customer experience.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple ecommerce channels; Develop and deliver effective trading, promotional and merchandising strategies; Optimise conversion rates through customer journey improvements and A/B testing; Analyse trading performance and provide commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders; Lead collaboration across marketing, digital, operations and customer service teams.

Requirements

Proven experience leading ecommerce trading within a commercial environment; Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, CRM, paid media and affiliates; Demonstrable experience owning budgets, forecasts and commercial performance; Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insight into action; Confident stakeholder management and experience leading ecommerce projects or teams.
