We are looking for 3 Employee customer service - we have 1 FTE and 2 part time positions available.

Responsibilities

Managing daily operations for pharmaceutical customers; processing daily order flow through order entry; managing incoming goods; inventory management; invoicing; reporting to customers; guiding and handling complaints and irregularities; coordinating both national and international shipments; complying with agreed procedures and monitoring compliance on behalf of client(s), taking into account quality, efficiency, costs, environment, product characteristics, batches/lot numbers, and quantities; directly in contact with customers and internal departments such as warehouse, transport planning, and quality

Requirements

Full-time: Minimum MBO+ / HBO level in a business-related subject or comparable business experience; Good level of English; Customer focused and service-minded with outstanding communication skills; Adaptable and able to work under pressure; Good people manager; Be able to push back to customers/transporters; Capable of working in a team; Good practice in MS Office; Part-time: Minimum MBO+ level of education; Good level of English; Professional working proficiency in Dutch; Accurate worker; Works well individually; Good practice in MS Office

Nice to have

Experience with WMS/ERP systems; Dutch (preferable, but not a hard requirement for full-time); Experience in a role in Customer Service and/or logistics (pré for part-time)
