We partner with employers and community groups to create sustainable employment pathways and now, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and make a real difference. We currently have a full-time opportunity available working from our St Albans office, where you'll play a key role in supporting job seekers on their journey to employment. If you're energetic, solutions-focused, and thrive on building strong relationships, this is your chance to be part of something impactful. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

Drive outcomes by placing job seekers into sustainable employment; Develop tailored strategies and interventions to support job seekers; Deliver high-quality recruitment and training services with professionalism and care; Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and community partners; Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and internal processes

Requirements

Exceptional relationship-building and business development skills; A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude; Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Tech-savvy with solid administration skills; Passionate, energetic, and driven to exceed expectations; Current driver's license

Nice to have

Fluency in Vietnamese or another language preferred to support diverse clients
