You’ll be working in a busy, fast‑growing suburb surrounded by employers, services and community opportunities that make a real difference in the lives of our participants.

Responsibilities

Matching strengths to opportunities — supporting people with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment; Building confidence — helping participants recognise their abilities and overcome barriers; Creating solutions — thinking outside the box to support participants through employment challenges; Advocating for inclusion — promoting accessible and inclusive hiring practices; Celebrating wins — recognising every milestone, big or small; Connecting with employers — forming partnerships with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion

Requirements
